SAFETY: This commercial unit must be placed on a flat, stable surface with adequate air circulation around the punching vent; poor ventilation reduces refrigeration efficiency. Only trained staff should install, clean or service it. Keep the liquid above the marked minimum level line, and unplug before cleaning.
